| FreeSustainable Cobourg is hosting an event on how Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Open Data support Sustainability. Join us online for a panel discussion on environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic resilience, the cornerstones of sustainability. Use data analysis and data visualization tools to explore sustainable development topics.
- Use R to create maps of StatCan data to the census areas (Mountain Math owner)
- Use Tableau to analyze and visual present StatCan data (Data Docket/Tableau staff)
- Create a bot to collect and communicate information (Durham College AI Hub)
- Use StatCan Linked Open Date Environment to create a map (StatCan staff)
- Use ArcGIS Online to create a heat map with provincial open data (SC volunteers)
- Introduction to Open Data 101 (GoOpenData volunteers)
