Immediately following Sustainable Cobourg’s Annual General Meeting, you are invited to attend a presentation on the Passive House Standard in Canada. Alan Murphy, BES, B.Arch., MRAIC, LEED® AP BD+C, a director at Passive House Canada, and Principal of Green Reason, a Toronto-based sustainable building consulting and project management company, will explain the Passive House Standard and why it is a globally recognized and cost effective choice for building optimization. The Passive House Standard is now gaining momentum in Canada. This presentation will be of interest to designers, builders, trades, suppliers, manufacturers, building officials, planners, municipalities, and anyone who is considering buying or building a house or other building now or in the near future.
