Cycle Transitions Fall Workshop Series

Consider joining Cycle Transitions for all, one or a few of their Thursday workshops this fall:

September 22 – sizing and set up: how to size a bike and set up the seat and handle bars for the type of riding you’re doing.

September 29 – gearing: how to gear properly for the road conditions.

October 13 – electric bikes: a demonstration model and a discussion of electric bike merits. Doug Radford, president of Go Pedelec Canada, will present a model of his locally-based company.

October 27 – bottom brackets: types, and how to maintain/repair/change.

November 3 – winter prep: how to prepare your bike for winter storage and/or use.

Start time: 7 p.m.

Food/refreshments: cookies/doughnuts, juice/coffee/tea, fruit

Cost: free for Cycle Transitions members and $5 per workshop for non-members.
