I’d love to be involved in a food video. I’ve been collecting photos and video for a few years on the subject (local food, urban gardening) – some of it documenting my own ‘Victory Garden’. Could be useful, as it shows how to get rid of your grass and prepare the soil, etc. I had to put this on hold due to health problems this year, but I intend to get back to it in the spring.
